BARBADOS MOJITO
In a highball/mojito glass:
– Muddle 10/12 fresh mint leaves with a half lime diced
and 2 teaspoons of sugar cane (or 2cl of cane syrup)
– Fill the glass with freshly crushed ice
– Pour 5 cl of CASHCANE Extra Old
– Top with soda water
Optional: few drops of Angostura Bitter
Decoration: Fresh mint & lime
