We meticulously harvest our sugar cane at 14 months, ensuring its optimum maturity for extracting juice and getting molasses of an exceptional quality.

Our rum blend matures gracefully for 6 to 8 years in carefully selected 220-liter bourbon casks, enriching its character and depth.
